By purchasing tickets to an event hosted by runtickets.co.uk, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

All tickets are sold subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your place in the event.

2. Refund Policy

Up to 3 months before 90%, up to 2 weeks before 50%, less than 2 weeks before 0%.

3. Refund Process

Please request your refund by email to hello@run-tickets.co.uk. Any agreed refunds will be processed after the event has concluded.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event that the race is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions, force majeure), participants will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds may be offered, but this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the circumstances.

5. Participant Responsibility

By participating in the event, you acknowledge that you are in good physical condition and capable of safely completing the race. You agree to follow all event guidelines and instructions provided by the organisers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Run Tickets is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. Participants attend at their own risk.

7. Data Protection

Any personal data collected during the ticket purchase process will be used solely for the purpose of event management and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Run Tickets reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance of the event.
