What if I haven’t received my tickets?
You should receive your confirmation and ticket immediately after purchase but sometimes it can take a few minutes to reach your inbox.
Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received your tickets yet.
If you haven’t received your ticket please reach out to us at hello@runtickets.co.uk and let us know your name, email address and – if possible – an alternate email address we can use as a backup. We will endeavour to get your tickets to you as soon as possible.
