The Hayling 10 is a fast, flat 10-mile road race that winds its way around the roads at the southern tip of Hayling Island. Please note, this race is for ages 16+.

The Hayling 10 is now part of the 10-mile county championship race in Hampshire, presented by Hampshire County Athletics and Alexandra Sports. Entrants who were born in Hampshire, or have lived in Hampshire for the past 12 months, will automatically be entered to compete for the county title.
